Returns & Exchanges 

Ticket Sales

All ticket sales for events are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, we offer a free one-time rescheduling option to a future date.

To reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.  If you arrive more than 30 minutes late to your scheduled session, you will be required to reschedule. Upon the rescheduled visit: if you fail to attend, cancel last-minute, or arrive more than 30 minutes late to your rescheduled session, your ticket will be forfeited, and rescheduling will no longer be available.

In such cases, a new session must be booked at the full ticket price.

Apparel & Merchandise

Unfortunately, at this time, our very small business (just me!) can’t afford to offer returns or exchanges. You can always contact me if you have a question at dressupstudioteam@gmail.com.
